Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time we unfortunately do not offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
mi bombón is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages:

mi bombón is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Returns Policy:

7. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

8. Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this timeframe due to our quick processing times.

9. Shipping Policy Changes:
